1. Material structure:

extremely thin oxide film and oil film outside the tinned layer.
This structure makes the tinned plate have both the strength and
toughness of the steel substrate and the good corrosion resistance,
weldability and decorativeness of the tinned layer.
2. Principle of corrosion resistance:
On the one hand, the tinned layer itself has good chemical
stability, which can isolate the air, moisture and other corrosive
media from the steel substrate to a certain extent. On the other
hand, in certain environments, the micro-battery effect formed by
the tinned layer and the steel substrate can protect the steel
substrate.
3. Printing performance:
The surface of the tinned plate is flat and smooth, and it has good
adsorption of ink. After appropriate surface pretreatment, it can
adopt a variety of printing processes, such as offset printing for
printing of exquisite patterns and texts, to meet the packaging
design requirements of different products, and the printed pattern
is highly firm and not easy to fade and fall off.
4. Processing performance:
It has good ductility and stamping performance, and can adapt to
the processing and molding technology of various containers, such
as stamping into round, square and other different shapes of cans.
When performing stretching, curling and other processing
operations, the tinned layer and the printed layer are not prone to
cracks, peeling and other phenomena, ensuring the quality and
sealing of the container.
